Psychiatric Evaluation
Self-pay: $350. Insurance: Covered by Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, and Medicaid.
Medication Management
Self-pay: $150. Insurance: Covered by Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, and Medicaid.
Extended Follow-up
Self-pay: $200. Insurance: Covered by Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, and Medicaid.
No-Show/Late Cancellation
Self-pay: $50 Insurance: $50
Insurance coverage is subject to eligibility and verification. Patients are responsible for copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and any non-covered services as determined by their insurance plan. Self-pay fees are due at the time of service.
